The Cascades of Larch Park are at the northern tip of the community. The land is bound by Whitemud Creek Ravine to the east, Magrath Park to the west and a heavily treed berm to the north.
The homes capitalize on the irregular shape of the land and its spectacular location. The 10 duplex “pavilions” all feature large windows facing out into the trees. They offer great views of Larch Sanctuary. Main floors have 10' ceilings. Throughout, the Cascades reflect Larch Park's celebration of architecture.
